I think the human should have a unit like the Zurgo. A Sergeant perhaps that's get stronger for each kills and wounds he acquired.

Maybe sergeant would gain +1 attack and armor for each unit in certain radius? Like giving him morale to fight

So the more units around him make him stronger. that sounds perfect.

However i'd say only human units should affect him(e.g. not dragons or drake riders)

A couple of questions...
Why does Seargent cost 4 turns whereas, Zurgo costs only 3?
Could it be built in the barracks as well?
I like this idea!
I would like to see it in the game personally.
I will help in any way I can.

The stats seems great, who else agrees.

Who better to lead the king's men into battle than the Seargent! A leader of his battalion, he provides morale to his men, no matter the odds! Wielding a hand and a half Sword, and equipped in kingsmail chain. He is well armored and mobile. His experience in the field is vast, and it grows with each successful kill. His sword is larger than the longsword, but not as large as a two handed sword,( thus he may have a shield if you choose) therefore dealing more damage. He is a beacon of hope on the battlefield. Insomuch that his soldiers will take heart and press on to victory!
Thoughts?

I have zero experience regarding the situation but personally, I think that it's an excellent start...
And a good finish if it is approved by the big guys!
It matches the descriptions exactly, I, StormSaint373, like it.

I am torn.
On one hand I think turn cost of 4 is way too much. 2 swordsmen could easily bring him down.
On the other hand it could be wildly OP if cost was 2-3. Imagine just making 8 of these guys and having them all buff each other, for ridiculous attacks and crazy armor rating. A low turn cost might make such a strategy too easy.

I see where you are coming from... But I suggest that we leave it at 4.
Zurgo costs only 3 for veteran effect.
Sergeant costs 4 for veteran effect and unit buffs to enhance performance in combat.
I daresay that the Sargeant is balanced already!

It just going to take a while when you have only one Castle. And you have to choose, do you want the sergeant or do you want a Dragon Knight.

Guy I wouldn't mix both veteraning and buffs

I would simply create 2 different units.

So do you mean one unit for the other ability and another for the other?

Now I understand, so the sergeant give aura boost and a recruit or major will have veteraning power. Is that right Alexander?
