So what the shelter looks like?

It's supposed to be the force field sphere. Some generator on the ground, I'm not sure how to make a force field look good, hope you can figure it out. Maybe a veeeeery transparent blue would do?

Are it will be a building inside a force sphere or just the sphere?

There should be some sort of generator, but I wouldn't call that a building.

I was making one in a red-pink color with a blue border for the mega structure. Hope this can help.

It's for a mega, there will be entire fort system inside. You can resize the image to 64×64 (that's the size of most images here), perhaps make it smaller and add a generator and we are done.

Negative. It doesn't work as transparent pixel.

try to give a genrator with player colour flag then?

I think the player color needs to be outside of the dome.

How about 2 layers?

I think an energy stability structure and some turrets outside of the field will work with playercolors, everything else inside will be manufacturing facilities.
