Medium tanks are better armored than the light ones, and they use a medim canon to take out other tanks. However they are much slower.

some kind of flags on it (i think we should
start with universial units with not big
difference for each country and include
later if the first steps for this version are
done the different tanks/ships/airplaines
and infantry for each nation.)

That is a good idea. We can start on universal units for the first versions, and later do more detailed nation differences.
