Game Mechanic: Ability Attack

Secondary weapons will be used like ability. Using ability attack won't give unit counterattack. All grenades and explosive weapons will be ability. Melee weapons will be ability as well.

Actually this is good idea i think.
But these ability attacks must be not so overpowered.
If possible then make them as damage 1 to all and additional 1000% to for example tanks.
