A tower that can reanimate a single corpse every 3 turns. It has a very far spell range.

Great, could see use as a heavy resurrection unit, since towers are supposed to be very fortified.

Can we make it movable so it can be used as siege machine because we already have 2 towers and no siege

Maybe make it so that it can throw corpses near it at enemies via ability instead of ressurection?
Also we can rename it to Dark Citadel: "Flying siege fortress of undead"

Try just giving it 5 range version of summon flesh golem, targeting a specific corpse in that range. This helps alleviate the need for necromancers near the battlefield.

I would stay with corpses and leave flesh golems as necromancer speciality

If you need a moving unt to summone flesh golems or skeletons you already have both necromancers and liches (and spectral riders too).
the starting idea made more sense since it was a tower instead of a unit and it could have a good synergy with the grave digger.
The idea should be that you use a building (that doesn't count over the population limit) to resurrect the corpses dug by the grave diggers at your base.
Having another unit to do what other units already do wouldn't be a great addition imho.

That's more what I meant. Replacement for necromancers as long as it is inside your base, freeing up your necromancers to get closer to the action.

Alternatively, it can upgrade any single unit to the highest level you have researched for it. (Skeleton fighter becomes armored, for example) usable once per turn, range 3.
