I will defend France because French soldiers fought and experienced a lot of damaged. The myth of the shame France was created by Americans trying to put France game over. It is true that the French army was destroyed by German but it is principally due to the superior officer who were late of one war in the globality by their defensive tactics. In one month French forces lost almost the same amount of men than during the entire battle of Verdun. Those men died because they were braved but bad-leaded.
