I wanted to do the same thing, which I love to do on AoS and AoF,making campaigns.
I am making a fictional campaign. But I have only made maps,After I am done with them, storylines and camapign name.

So is it necessary to make only real-theme campaigns? If no,then I will make sure, any nation does not get offended or insulted in any way

No, it isn't nessesary to make real-theme campains.
But please, don't use Nazi's as nation, instead use German - they are similar.

Don't use political words to keep neutrality. Anyway words like Nazis and Hitler are banned in some countries.

exactly.
And because of that i recommend to use not "Nazi" nation but "German" Nation.

I am not going to use real names :P
I think we should be away from all those banned things. But I want to find some good names, the nations,in this are two factions:

Story is like this:FactionA(unnamed),FactionB(unnamed)
FactionA was a Global Security Incharge group, and was controlling regions worldwide.FactionB,were a large group of protestors, who still wanted to divide the world, after many years of peace, and wanted to control one-third of the world, and let the GSI control rest. But the GSI(eh,I got a name for FactionA),argues on this. Then the protestors,'overjoyed',start praising them, with money, with words, with GUNS!And as a result, with Blood
GSI is The nation(I think that is the allied union),that appears default.
The other is the axis(the one nation with black plus)
Edited:It is related with World War 2,but it depicts, what happened after World War 2,many years after it(since no one knew what would happen during end of ww2,so it is just an imagination.)

GSI is like UN's Peacekeeping forces ;)
