When an Uruk Hai kills flesh-and-blood unit (in melee combat) he recovers a bit (he eats him)

But that one is for undeads. And this one is for orcs.
Also this one is more like lifelink-on-kill.

This is like the bloodlust ability (that affect uruks too)

I still think we should just give orcs the "consume corpse" ability. Undead waste it, benefitting far more from making new troops over healing old ones. Orcs would gain a great deal of flavor, and new strategic options. After all, it would save shamans some time if your troops could heal themselves by consuming the dead.

Definitely not in the direction orcs have developed. I think it can be archived.
