Abnormal Behaviour

Sometimes I see that someone doesnt make his turn, but if I watch again later, he is still busy. I dont like skipping, but when when I watch again later, and I can finally do my turn, the game sais I have been skipped a few times. 
I had the highest badge, but after being kicked once because of that, I have the lowest badge.
Me and my friend were online for a few days, around 20 turns a day, but I am still at the lowest level.
Can someone fix this?
