Upgrade stealing bug

By stealing the "man at arms" tech before researching the "broad swordsman" tech I am still able to build regular swordsman units while building man at arms units elsewhere. I didn't have any created at the time, but I doubt they would have upgraded either. It did disable the broad swordsman tech though.
