Temporary or selectively distributed maps

The map editor is already capable of sending finished maps in a form that Daniel can put into the game. Would it be possible to make the game able to read these prepackaged maps and add them to the "own maps" section? This allows distribution of maps among friends without going through the public version, perhaps for advance testing or agreed upon unbalanced games between friends.

One necessary rule is that any multiplayer map from this category is automatically required to have a password protection and is deleted rather than opened if not enough players join, so nobody tries joining a game they don't have the map for.
