Think we need new water for this, it's slow men's but Vehicles can't cross without building a bridge.

I'm not sure if it should make vehicles unable to move, but definitely should slow them down-during evacuation of Dunkirk German tanks was quite slowed down by swamps if I'm remembering it right.
Does anyone know if a tank can move through swap?

Not everyone. Heavy tanks due to weight can't for sure. For others i will look.

Light tanks probably could get through, but with some difficulty.

After modifications for their tracks T-34 could move with almost same speed through swamps as through forests as well as light tanks.
I think that T-34 after upgrade with less cost and better speed can also move through swamps.

OK,so infantry slowed down, light tanks slowed too thats good,it will increase their usage) ,heavy unable to cross, medium ones?(it will be good if no,to decrease usage of those overused units, and increase use of light vehicles)
As we make Soviet infantry able to move well in hard terrain, how about making them not effected by penalty in swamps?

they can instead build their
pontoon 1 turn bridges in swamp i think.
for faster movement.
