Activates "Molotov cocktail" ability on many soviet infantries.
Research cost 3 turns.
Molotov coctail:
Throws a bottle with flaming liquid at enemy building or machines (tanks, vehicles), dealing 10 damage (bypasses armor) and adds "burning" effect stack to affected unit (5 damage each turn, twice on buildings, quaduple on mega buildings). Has 30% chance to miss.
Some infantries have version with 2 turn cooldown while others have 3 turn cooldown.

Molotov cocktails were able to melt rubber tracks of tanks. I suggest -1 speed for every tank using rubber tracks instead of metal.

If they have them then it can be implemented as bonus effect. Main effect must be regular burning.

Really, a cocktail? Is this seriously a post? It is and I think this ability should be on revolt units like the "Jewish freedom fighters" and others because this is a wired weapon to be issued to a trained man to have.

This thing is burnable liquid (usually it was black oil) in a bottle which when thrown and broken almost instantly became to burn. Really hard to put out this fire.
If thrown right and get to the right spot (back part of tank, right up to the radiator grill for example - yes first tanks didn't have any protection for engine from up - then engine could stop or even blow up! But there is few issues:
1. Tank will not stand still and wait for you. It will certainly move.
2 if you miss then this thing will do nothing. No damage at all.)

I have and I now total believe they should be for uprising units.
