Spartan's Battle Cry

Spartans usually yell war yells and make sound with their shield to fear the enemy before a war.
A tech with cost of 5 turns can be researched in barrack to give Spartan hoplites battle cry ability to fear the enemy units. This ability will give a Spartan hoplite fear aura for 2 turns. Cooldown: 4 turns.
