Stone golem

Cheap and plentiful, stone is an excellent material to animate into durable golems that can take a great deal of abuse in battle.

Hp 35
Armor 5/6
Power 10
Speed 2
Spell resistance 100%
Sight 4
100% bonus vs buildings
(active effect trample)

Technically, Golems are immune to any and all magic, even healing. But an excellent idea indeed.

You might be right dwarves will more likely make statues, golems

Golems are potent constructs and siege units, yet they are vulnerable to enemy swordsmen and siege!
Make spell Resistance 100, immune to fire, they'll receive enough problems concerning siege units and swordsmen,
especially with low hp count

To be honest with speed 2 is pretty slow
and with 100% resistance he'll be great siege as defender

I'm looking through all aof forums and soon i will suggest my version of stats for this unit.
He will be weaker but more viable.
And remember that he will be for dwarves.

You know that dwarves aren't out yet. Who knows if they ever will?
Whilest eager to see... I doubt seeing them will happen, it has been in discussion for quite some time.

That also gives me idea for sand golem... he will b able to use slow spell (mostly he slows them with a sandstorm) and get high chance to dodge ranged attacks, his atk should b low and bonus should only b against infantry and other 'soft flesh and bones' units
