Artillery Slows Tanks

Artillery will reduce tank speed by 1 everytime the artillery damages the tank. This will make artilleries more useful and the need for infantries to disable it.

Artillery units are already annoying because of their range.

how about AT guns? they are very hard to use because of their speed.
