Age of Strategy Forums

Is there a way that the workers can contruct or mend in a tower/building. or use of skills in buildings/towns .
I don't only mean age of strategy also related games like age of fantasy like the dragons and other magic users using skills in tc and buildings( also self targeting spells) also the workers do the same contruction/mend in towers/buildings
