Armor/p.armor - 0/3
Abilities:
Barrage - researchable for 6 turns ability, gives for next turn +20 damage and +2 action/turn but lowers range by 3 tiles and armor by -3/-3. Cooldown 6 turns.

UPD.:
Increased cost by 2.
Upd.2:
Lowered armor, added armor penalty for usage of ability.

may b a vehicle with some cannon or rocket launcher on top

Perhaps make a topic about a artillery weapon.

I thought about a bit similar designs for all 3 units:
Battle tank
Steam tank
Siege engine
But with different looking main guns and armor (a bit).
Like a trireme and a catapult ship - they both have same base model.

We can use it as a base and make it look more dwarfish

Warcraft

as long as it has a cannon and a rocket launcher it doesnt matter much how the body looks like, just make sure it doesnt look like the other dwarven tanks

Also i didn't find good looking steampunk tanks outside from warcraft.

How bout dis? Siege tower...

This would be interesting but we might make it a separate topic to go along with the dwarven siege equipment.
