Town and Factory building graphics

No offense to graphics designers, but I think that the graphics for some factory buildings and the towns seem kind of blocky, cluttered, and a little flat. I'm thinking about creating some designs to use for the game, what do you guys think?

I am currently creating a new graphic for the TC. It will be a while before it is done though.

Hmm. I think you could put less stuff in the image. Like just a building, tower of some sort and possibly a street. Your image is good but a bit cluttered.

show lots of skyscrapers too :lol:
and u should colour the flag and other player colour indicating regions with the colour code - 255:x:255
where x represents any number between 0 and 255 to show dark and light shades of player colour

On colour coding the flags and likewise-
I have a vague idea on what you mean with colour coding the player indicators, but I have no idea on how to implement that, and if I did, I doubt the app I used to create these images would allow me to do that. Yet I have sent both images to the Dev, and if there is any programming to be done with the images to get them ready for the game, I reckon I could send the spritesheet to him so that he could modify them for the game. To be honest, you guys should keep me as far away from programming as possible. I couldn't program a Pac Man game.
On the image being cluttered-
I supose it is cluttered, but that was intentional. I wanted to give it a real congested urban feel. After all, it is a Town Center, not a Town House. I also wanted to allow the TCs to kind of join together, if you know what I mean. Take two of those images and place them side by side. The roads connect, giving off an even bigger city kind of feel. Yet I could replace all the junk in the lower left corner of the image with one big building to ease the congestion, but I'll wait for the Dev to get involved with the conversation before I make any changes to image.
On the subject of skyscrapers-
That emoji hints that you were joking, but I'll bite and say you weren't. Off the top of my head, the only place I can find that would have had real skyscrapers in the 40's is New York, which was rather far from the war. Of course I could be wrong, but I don't feel like doing research this early in the morning.
I don't ressurecct myself until 12:00, and its only 10:42.

Ok, choose the maximum red colour psbl, then maximum blue colour psbl, and u should end up with a pink colour (or magenta) this colour is automatically replaced by player colour, for example in the flag of tanks u can see the magenta colour, 255:0:255 is basically the darkest shade of magenta psbl, and skyscrapers was indeed a jk, I was planning to hint at NY city too

And one more thing, colour codes r NOT PROGRAM CODES, they r universally standard numbers representing the colours u use in drawing apps, all apps have these codes

Here are the pictures 3.0. I think they look good. Much more 3 dimensional than the others. I'd even go so far as to stay they are done.

they are very nice!

but i think they are not quite fit to the appearance, that should be an alost isometric view this is currently total a top down view with tricks making it be 3d ish.

to see what i mean: the town "base" is a square, so it can not be a 3dish Isometric view-like thing.

looks good for the first!

i suggest no road on the upper part (let the buildings grow over the 64px and by this, overlap to the tile above it.)
also some shading would be good - would look more natural/real. (now a little cartoonish)

These new images are 64x70 pixels. The upper road gets cut off at the 64th pixel, but the buildings continue a little ways onto the next tile.

The flag it differently blurred in, however they are very good.. if they were in the 1940's. They are good however.

Here are the new images. Due to some unforseen problems, I've put off animating the flag. If you guys really want the flag animated, I could attempt it. If not, then I reckon these are my finals.
