Issue a new handgun with curvable barrel. Gives human infantries an ability attack called "curved handgun". Inspired by the krummlauf.

I think I know what you mean, but what is use for such thing in game ?

Soldier can shoot the enemy without poking out his head. No counterattack. Since it's futuristic, the handguns can be curved to any directions.

It's just ability attack with no cooldown.

What should be the cost, where should it be reserched and what should be the attack of albitly (I would DEFINITELY prefer one same damage for all units, if I would need to adjust it to each unit's attack it will require to make a one or even two jsons per unit. Pain in ass.)

I think it should have lower attack than average infantrymen's.

Why is that?

Beams lose part of energy when moving through longer barell? Point is that it wouldn't increase which attack of unit, so it will get lower eventually. If cost is low engoun it's still worth it in some cases I suppose.
