Basic small, cheap and swift combat vessel. It also doesn't have accuracy penalty, but it's power and hp is low. I gave it bonus against noncombat recon vehicles, so it can stop alpha speeder (that is flying and can capture tcs) from expending to much on water maps, as well as I want to give it bonus against transport ships. That way it's a good ship to secure yours shores.
