Field medical center IMPLENTED

A buliding (that doesn't count to factory limit) that can heal wounded soldiers within and prevent and heal all biological dangers. It's also well secured against such attacks.
It heal units inside with same heal rate as medic, but it has advantage over him- it has 3 carry capacity, so it can heal 3 units at once. I will try to make and 0 range aura (so it work on units within it) with same effect as medics medicines skill. I will try to make "toxic durability boosters" as aura with 3 range.
Cost: 3 turns with engineers (without counting fundaments laying) should be good Hp:20 Physical and energy armor: 0 (?) Chemical armor: 5
