Help me build my lore :D

Si basically I love fantasy and historical warfre and I am building a fantasy sttenig but not super unrealistic, so I am building this faction wich consists mostly of religious european characters (monks, priests etc.) And I am triying ti decide wether the basic infantry should be pilgrims or monks hope you guys can help me.
Pd: I am not very good at drawing so mind that :p
