Torpedoes dropped by planes could only sink ships the torpedoes were on the top of the water slightly sinked

I'm not sure what you mean. I'm definitely sure that torpedo planes were and probably are used to quite efficiently sink water ships, for example by Japanese on Pacific War, if you try to deny that.

That only works on unsubmerged submarines, but I doubt anyone will be fine with their submarine getting blown to pieces by torpedos while it's submerged.

What if torpedoes can search metal parts using some radar and thus hit the submarines?

Well, torpedoes really, Really lack mobility underwater, so I can say there should be a least a miss chance for submerged subs.

Meh then just no bonus.

Interesting shape, I guess that's good. Maybe some torpedoes visible? It will make it's purpose undoubtful.
