All have units that are costly.
Maybe people have too many towns which they don't know what to do with. This could help with that issue.

Humans: money courier
Elves: (need one)
Dwarves: (suggested, but not implemented)
Orcs: (needs one)
Undead: (suggested, but not implemented) Soul harvester
Scaledfolk: Kobold Merchant

For ork there was a treasure goblin or stg I'm not sure though..

For undead one I'm working on img.

Didn't dwarves have a mine suggestion that produced gold carts that could be used as money couriers?
The mine was buildable on mountains and had vanishing 5 and when the vanishing was up then it turned into a dead mine and turned neutral I believe. It produced 1 mins cart per turn.

So, no need to make new ones. Except for those who need it but I believe they all are covered.
