Human naval fleet update — ARCHIVED

1. Add mending ship. Same stats as in aos, can't be affected by ambidextria.
2.1. Add to warship +2 melee armor (increase armor to 2/6).
2.2. Add to destroyer +2 melee armor and +1 piercing armor (increase armor to 2/5). Lower training cost to 6 turns.
3. Add several blacksmith-based upgrades (all researchable at docks) to human ships:
3.1. Sail upgrade: all ships with sails will gain +1 speed, cost 8 turns. (Affected ships: warship, great transport, transport ship, mending ship, destroyer)
3.2. Deck upgrade: all ships (literally all human ships!) gain +6 hp, +1/+1 armor. Cost 7 turns.
3.3. Ballista upgrade: warship gains +1 damage and +1 action/turn. Cost 6 turns.
3.4. Ocean ships: allows of training and costruction of great transports and (later) some even bigger ships of humans. Cost 7 turns.
