Bug on orc upgrades and scaledfolk ANSWERED

Some of the orc upgrades do not work and I cannot create the scaledfolk highborn units in their proper building. The units list is always empty. And I have unlocked them all

Orc upgrades requires multiple techs to work. Have you checked in the unit stat sheet to see what are requirements?
Scalefolks are in beta and were implemented when I was away so It is better to ask @General Brave who implemented them
