Spartan Can throw their spears

Soartans can throw their spears with a high damage(only once) but after that, their basic attack deducts because they only use a small sword....this tech costs only 4 turns

Interesting... I personally think the cost should be 5 turns with a cool down of 2. This could be researched in the archery center.

5 turn tech for a 7 turn unit? wen a 5 turn battering ram upgrades +30hp and +1 speed for 4 turn tech cost?

This research most be in barracks .
And most be 6 turns just like templar
And it will be something like maori 's ability

Well I guess we could lessen the cost for the tech but lets not make it cheap like cost 2. I rather prefer a cool down that is very quick then a cheap tech.
