As it turns out, there are many units that are unaffected by smithing upgrades. Can this be fixed?

To be honest, I meant for all of them... One puts forth 11+ turns to upgrade his/her army, (cost of upgrades +cost of building (s))

Why not gain benefits of putting that time and effort for the entire army.

But, in specific, I mean nation's units (Romans, auxillaries) Celtic warriors

And a few special units (Teutonic, and Ranger)

Reason why I inquire... These units become obsolete in late game when upgrades are purchased.

exactly the idea was:
- weak cheap but upgradable units
- expensive - stronger non upgradable special (national) units

With 6 range high health archer, 4 range skirmisher and dromedarii, romans might finally b a pretty powerful early game army (but they may have some bugs like legion command not working or centurion not having proper json etc. Which needs to b fixed)
