in modding section there is a topic how to convert them to .ogg files.
also i can send u assets so u cn define the soundpacks (also describes in modding section)

Im using a mobile Android to do all this so is it even possible for me?

for sound i don know any - but most will know the ogg format.
for jsons i use total commander for mobile.

you can get many more as in the "skin" section there will also be additional sounds too.
