Maybe a bit simple. Try adding some details. Something more church-like. Also some shading would make it less plain

But, I was thinking about something more "barracks-like" for the time being, at least for the basic units...

Yes, I didn't say it had to be a cathedral but it should have some details that make it looks like a sacred order's building

What about a stained glass window and a silver cross-like decoration on top
maybe you might make the bell tower taller (make the image 64 tall)
