There are a few combatant infantry units that are unable to occupy TCs

Mortars
AT rifles
Bazookas (panzershrek)

It said ALL cambat infantry could occupy TCs in tutorial.

these are not ment to be (only the ones that can "streetfight" out things)

please advise tutorial text change to be accurate.
