Poison Horse Archers without Poison Effect...? IMPLEMENTED

What are you thinking about the obviously missing feature, that horse poison archers are not able to give out any poison effect onto other troops? Everytime when I try to use them, they are completely obsolete, because they're just as normal as the typical horse archers. Please fix this...
