Mapeditor Units to be buildable units

There are some groups of units in aos that they cant be trained . Many of them are national units for example saracens and egyptians or crusaders many of us like these units and want to train and use them in random games and maybe in some campaign missions because they are nice in some battles...
We already have an empty page in upgrades menu(empty slots after arbalest pillar and immortal pillar)
We can use these slots to put these units
We have ready jsons for all of them ..only thing is puting COST for them . many of them must have 2 or 3 cost
just cavaliers have 4
some of them have 5or 6 cost(crusader lord)
i think they are useful units

The reason they arent in multiplauer is beacuse they would be a hell to balance, thus they are only abailable in map making were balance doesent matter

More like, most of them have same or similar stats to the basic swordsman/archer/knight etc. so they become redundant
They r mainly used as different skins to the original unit in campaign to make it more historically realistic

The most important reason for me in this post is puting all nations units in use ...
Maybe some egyptian player loves to use his own
Nation s unit in all types of missions
We cant put away units just because we have same type of unit in use
When we can train spartans in all missions or train samurais in missions like paths of rome
This is a game .. not real

those are initially mapeditor units only.
if u can underline a few units from them that worth being trainable ones - than tell us.

@Moh556 if u really want them in u have to do research, it takes time to study stats of units and i cannot give this time to mapeditor units, if u REALLY want them in main game, then make a list of units with their stats from the game, and give the possible cost and builder for these units, post them here, and we can discuss how we can implement them in main game
but somebody first have to list everything and i m not that interested to do it

wat about bonus, they didnt have bonus? just give the gist, how much percent and against which type of units, infantry, buildings, cavalry or archers etc.

Some units textings they that dont have textings
*egyptian peltast*
Peltasts was one of the best spearmen in asia
They use small shields that made from wood but very good and light for defence many of them can throw spears to range 100 meters
*Janissary*
Janissary were otoman and turk elite forces and sword masters who defended sultans castles very good. they
Use scimitar sword to avoid enemy attacks
*spanish redelero*
Redelero with a small shield and shortsword have a good
attack speed to destroy enemy their armor was light just like his weapons
*spanish rider*
One of the fastest horses in world are in spain . This helped spanish riders to be one of the best cavaliers in history . Riders trained hard to use these horses and capture enemy camps as well

the common rule is that, melee units only have bonus against buildings, archers bonus against melee, skirmishers against archers, cavalry against all 3 and siege BUT not against buildings, while spear units against cavalry, so dont just spout of random bonus, give the ones in game already
and as i said. edit ur top posts by clicking pencil icon, and give the in-game bonus below each unit

For now, no need to mention percentage, just against which it has bonus, we also need to think of buildings to produce them, will they b church units? And we need to implement kasbah for saracean and where will Egyptian b made?
