Ballistic submarine IMPLEMENTED

An submarine capable of shooting the missile and torpedoes. Obviously more expensive.
We should decide: either give it the attack stats of the ballistic missile launcher or give it an ability to summon and crusier missile. It will have to get to the enemy and will have a certain vanishing and an ability to destroy it self to deal damage. Thus it will be in danger of being shot down but could deal more damage of something. Also we should think about replacing the attack of the ballistic missile launcher with this too.
