Q1 what is the diffrence between high moral and legion comand?
Q2 when immortal is on archery mode he wont get high moral.. its natural or a bug?

High moral affect wider selection of units unlike legion command.

No archer type units are affected by high morale exept of roman auxillaries. Immortal in ranged mode is not exeption.

Siege tower gives "flying" effect to your units while they are inside. Can be used to move through obstacle (river, mountain, enemy wall). Affects only infantry melee units.
