Ok, so Visconti(DDD) and I agree we should amp up the ship bonus for BV238, which current damage is comparable to B17 against ships, so maybe 400% more bonus to make a significant difference on large ships. Small ship bonuses are fine.
Also delete all bonuses for ground targets. 57 base damage is already enough to decimate 1 target while the bonuses allow it to destroy 4 tiles of any kind of grouped ground unit.
It's calculated resistance and endurance against fighters and other anti air doesn't help this.

also here is new thing: you can set the race to random and playerselect
first version of the modification so there can be problems.
please test it very much, all kind of games uses the same form (random games, campaigns, multipalyer games) to create and launch them.
IMPORTANT: in multiplayer use only PASSWORDED games to avoid non-dev version players to join.

new things in RANDOM/SELECT race thing:
- ai will chose also on random and select.
- you can set them in mapeditor too (to make eg. multipalyer skirmimsh maps)
- new image for question mark

ok i tried to understand the suggestions, what i did:
1. bv238: from +400% it has +800% on BattleShips and carrier ships
2. bv238: all ground bonuses are deleted.
anything else you suggest? here are the jsons if u try to tune a little.

i also added U_SHIPS_BATTLESHIP to mbr to same value as carriers. (i thought you would wanted that too)
