Japanese sub still lets planes fly while submerged and carries bomber planes and flying boats which were too big for it. Please make the opposite true. Only small planes were kept in an airtight hangar.

Also stuka still needs its specific fear on strike for ground targets.

Japanese sub still lets planes fly while submerged - yes i felt it ok as being a quick submerge/dive and lauch type, also unti JP units can not be trained not priority.
