A group of Noble warriors must team up with the undead to avenge their deaths by an evil serial killer and his criminal gang. Only thing is we need a serial killer unit. Do you think this is possible to make anyone.

On AOS, there is a "Jason" alike unit called "human massacre" (i think that's the right name) you should check that one on map editor, perhaps you can try to ask to devs to bring that unit here...

I remember it was a 2017 hollaween map but I'm thinking of a more ghostface like character bloody knife black robe and put in map editor

What p.armor?
What spell resist?
Cost doesn't matter since it is purely campain unit.
By the way you can suggest any stats you want for purely campain units.

Raise attack by 4 and spell resistance and p armor are set to 80%
