Whenever a unit or building are going to be introduced/added in the game, the lore description should be finished first.

Whenever someone wants to add a unit in the game, the lore description should also be put in high regard when it is already in the finishing or when being considered to be added in the game.

what is lore description?

What I mean by that is the paragraph in the description that describes the unit.

we call it "Flavour text" or just "texting"

and yes, we have a topic that says we need almost a a hundres of these.
