Keep is categorized as building instead of mega or fortified building thus unit like throwers and such that counters buildings only deals damage it like building also. Also the wizards magic arrow deals only 10 dmg to it.

This is a bug report.

About magic missle it is known.
Later magic missle will loose its anti-building properties.

Noe that the damage effect have been jsoned it should be corrected anyway
