Calcified bones +armour don't work after armoured skeletons upgrade - FIXED

If you research calcified bones and then armoured skeletons upgrade, calcified bones +armour disappears
But if you will research armoured skeletons and then calcified bones +armour will stay

Having similar problem, except once I research calcified bones tech, then armoured skeletons, the calcified bones tech is negated, same goes for golden upgrade as well, my golden skeleton shielder has still, 2/6 armour when it should have 4/6 armour.
