I have heard that given some time for new updates, they would remove the Magic arrow as a way of seige.

My suggestion is for the magic arrow to stay as means of seige.

Elves most efficient seige is their Magic arrow. Their ents are so unreliable in seige that making them is a really good choice unless defending or in some tactical way possible.

Unlike orcs with almost all units being seige, undead with their giant spam, the dwarfs mortar etc etc... Elves only have their magic arrows. (Humans later on would have to rely on mage since CATAPULT)

Magic arrow wasn't meant to be a siege spell in the first place but we are going to leave it as it is until we implement the new siege units for elves

Also some magic missle users will get fire missle ability which will work as current siege magic missle that also applies burning on hit.
