Cavalry logic (charge ability)

Ive noticed some complain about the lancers being 2 op
So I propose to decrease their base damage but give them a new "charge" abilty which acts as a high damage attsck, this way we balance the lancers and make them more realistic.
Stats.
Only works in a single line
Has all the bonuses (even more of necessary)
Needs a recharge of 2 turns
Hope you agree, if disagree tell me how to make ot better
