IMPORTANT: Skip and Kick is not working

please anyone having such issue that he/she can not press skip button please tell me.
i have been reported from 3 sources now that
- they can not press it despite the player is skippable (and button appears),
- actually they can press the button, but nothing happens.
2of them (idk the 3rd) have Adnroid 6.x so maybe that os the only problemous version (i dont have such phone)
1. if anyone having same problem please tell me
2. and i am looking for someone also having DEV version,
3. or someone that would install DEV version for testing my "hoped" fix.
