Similar to sloop of war corvettes where smaller then frigates, and where used mostly as costal potrol ships

1st of all - what would be the use of it, when we already have galley - 41hp, 7power, range 6, speed 5, armor 0/6 with the same 4 turn cost.
Galley upgrades are even better.
Besides Corvette was the name of vessel using cannons.
Maybe 4 turn ship requiring gunpowder could be useful.
Then the stats could be as listed except range and power - 12 power (normal) and 5 range for example.
