I wanted to create a new unit or a new structure but i didn't know how to create it...can someone help me please..?

Normal units can be produced in town.
Town aka Town Center aka TC is something placed on the map since the beginning. They have to be conquered by going to them with any unit, which can occupy buildings (human ones).
Among units produced there is Worker, which can build towers, siege machines, ships (only on water) and buildings, including those, that can produce new units. Most structures can be build on plains only (grass, snow, desert).
Buildings capable of production (e.g. Barracks) are limited - You can only build as many as towns You have.

Well...I mean that I want to create new units in order to make a next update on AOS like you guys.. I would like to create a new unit like a submarine or a flying unit (maybe)…I want to contribute on update AOS..

In order to "create" new unit for aos you need:
1. Realistic idea that is based on some historical unit that is not yet in the game posted on forum in the respective subforum;
2. Balanced stats;
3. Image for new unit;
4. Accept from AoS design leader (currently Endru1241);
5. Json for this unit.

Exactly in this order.

Thanks for your advices.. But..how can I do step 2 and and step 3..?

For step 2 take into account stats of similar units (armor type (heavy/light), movement type (on foot/on mount), unit type (infantry melee, infantry ranged and so on...) and others).

For step 3 can't recommend something.
