The Arado Ar 26 was a small seaplane used as scout by the Luftwaffe, it was launched by Battleship class ship for recognition.

Attack: 4,2
Defense: 2/3
Speed: 7
Sight: 7
300% bonus on planes, useless against everything else

Try using the japanese hydroplane as a base instead. Editing an image is far easier than making it from scratch.
