Draft for new unit ideas for newcomers

I decided to make a draft for new unit ideas because recently many ideas always forget some parameters.

Unit stats draft:
Unit name
Cost: x turns
Trainable at: place(s)
Hp:
Attack:
Range:
(Optional) Minimal range:
(Optional) Power range:
(Optional) Power range distribution: a/b/c
Armor:
Piercing armor:
(Optional) Dodge melee:
(Optional) Dodge ranged:
(Optional) Dodge counter:
Speed:
Sight:
Spell resist:
(Optional) Spell range:
(Optional) Spell power:
(Optional) Bonuses: y% to category1, z% to category2
(Optional) Abilities of unit: list of abilities with their descriptions and stats.

(Optional) means that this parameter is not required for generic units.
And also i remind that if you want a unit that will be part of normal game stats should be balanced or otherwise idea could just be abandoned and forgotten.
