Enterprise map broken catapults

On the map "Enterprise" (under "Nyadhos Strategy") I can use catapults. But after upgrading to heavy catapults, I can't use heavy catapults, nor the normal catapults 
I ended up restarting the map and not using the catapult upgrade. (Maybe heavy catapults are not in the list of allowed units. Not sure).
